Hats off to Morgan

We need more people like this in Government that see the truth instead of opinions. I can only hope for fair trial. Nowhere on the ballot did it say anything about smoking or not. Who is right? I really think it's something that needs clarification. They should consult Michigan law that has allowed self medication by growing. Has anyone complained about lung malfunctions? It can just as easily be argued that using concentrates causes problems as well. One only needs small amount when smoking.

Sorry, to keep bumpin my own thread here folks. This is important if you know about law. Now, the Federal Court is ruling on whether the State's law is "Constitutional" or not. Until they rewrite that it's still the "Law".
