You've already thrown assumptions. You assumed that what he called a 600w light is really a 100w light. I'm not going to say you're necessarily wrong there, but it's definitely an assumption. He probably does need more light, but the main issue with that plant is genetics. GSC Auto? Come on now.Just wait. I'm guessing the photos are still in veg.

I'll clear it up - I won't assume further than I have until I get more information.
I'll take a guess and say he does need more light. He probably stunted the plant a few times but he likely needs more light primarily.

That's not an assumption, it's a fact.
GSC is a clone only phenotype of photo-period plants. Any GSC seeds are already going to be genetically bastardized. GSC Auto seeds are going to be even more bastardized, having introduced ruderalis genetic into the mix. There are very few auto breeders with good genetics these days.

No it's on 12/12 after 60 days veg with auto together

Doesn't mean his lights aren't to blame. Even an auto should be bigger than that. Believe what you will.
OP I'm out. I say get some better lights. You'll be replicating these disappointing results until then. What you'll get will be fluffy.
