I have flora series 3 part but havent started that yet
Its been watered 2x since sprouting but in small amounts becuase the pot is somewhat larger although my plan is to transfer to a 3 gallon smart pot later

Been giving it a 50/50 distilled/ filtered tap water blend becuase my tap water is high ph around 7.7

OK, are you ph'ing what you're giving the plant?
What you have isn't horrible but it would be better if it was closer to 6.5 for soil.
That media won't supply much in the way of nutrients, so I would think about starting a 1/4 strength mix of the Flora series.
Early growth can be a bit wonky as the roots develop, so it's not unusual to see it.

No but i plan on getting a ph meter soon im jusy starting so im still getting all
no i dont have a ph meter i do have some pool test strips i think i can use but im planning on getting a tester as well as ph up/down soon
