Help! Peat pots? Can I transplant straight?

Hey guys I have my girls growing in these pots and getting ready transplant. Do I take them out or plant the whole thing?

You can do either, but I always remove them. They say they will decompose but I just rip em apart. Helps put less stress on the roots to poke thru.

As soon as that peat pot softens up in the ground the roots will have no trouble growing through it.

Agreed. It's a personal preference thing. Truly doesn't matter one way or the other.

let the soil/medium dry out, the pots will peel of easily

I tried to rip them apart but I noticed the roots where already going through the pots so I left it alone
