We need some info man...pH, nutes, light...and is that dirt from outside?

pH= no idea

No nutes and soil= miracle grow

Lights= cheap LED

It looks like it may be a form of nutrient lock-out due to unmonitored pH...pH is extremely important man, and if you don't find some way to fix it, you're more than likely going to lose her. Good Luck!
