HIPPITY HIPPO’S GROJO

Just watered them yesterday and going to water again in the morning tomorrow they are sucking it up and keeping the humidity down is drying out my soil quicker than I like. I stepped up the nitrogen with some fish emulsion and did another top dressing so they don’t get hungry. some have some lighter green in them but are still looking great. The lighter ones are the pineapple and always seem to stay on the light green side and don’t get as dark as say the blueberry and grandpa’s stash. Anyway this is week 7 of flower they are swelling up nice and solid as rocks. I put in the bottom light two weeks ago and the difference is very noticeable. I am watering with microbe lift, epsom salt, terp tea bloom food, recharge, dynomyco, and fish emulsion. I just did another top dressing with built up mushroom compost. It consist of mushroom compost as a base gaia green 2-8-4 worm castings, jobes garden tone and some happy frog bloom food. I wet it and let it sit for a few weeks mixing it up in a open bin i top dress the pots twice throughout flower with it giving each pot about 5-6 cups mixed in roughly on top there’s also kelp meal in the mix as well sorry I forgot that. Once throughout flower I also add one and half to two cups of Gaia green 2-8-4 to each pot. That gets everybody through the whole cycle pretty good and keeps the yellow and light green at bay.

Making some more water. Fish emulsion and terp tea bloom blend this time a little Epsom salt about a half cap or 1/4 cup I guess for 20 gallons of water. I didn’t use any recharge or dynomyco this water always microbe lift after this water I’ll top with some diatomaceous earth for gnats and continue to wait which I don’t mind.8263FA2B-9D07-4DCD-B352-6D17CD5A810B.jpeg105BD970-FE91-4401-8A1B-E49645528418.jpegF4E0AD4D-1E2D-48FD-8FC9-DE6A28909F7D.jpeg

What an awesome grow, the ladies look amazing. I've learned some things following along. I will look for some under plant lighting also. Are some uv lights?

Looking good! How would you apply dynimyco while watering? I've only heard it used while transplanting but interested in new ways to use it.
I mix about two table spoons in with a gallon of water and aerate for a few hours it will completely dissolve then I add in a table spoon of recharge and dump it into the larger reservoir right before I turn the pump on and start watering I’ve noticed a big difference when using it as opposed to not using it. I also use it for transplanting. I don’t do the dynomyco every watering but about once a month sometimes twice to help with microbial life. I seen online when reading some reviews and testimonials a few sites talked about watering in so I tired it and liked it.

No none are uv I have a few uv lights I bought for my hlg lights but haven’t hooked them up. I would be scared as hell running uv on the underneath it would probably fry them. But I’ll tell you what the difference between this grow and other grows without those underneath lights is hugely different the middle has filled in so much. I’m getting ready to do my next watering with only microbe lift and do a diatomaceous earth topping to kill any gnats.

I got some yellowing it happens about this time every grow. I feed nitrogen all the way up until the last week or two. Anyway they’re rock hard everywhere and the bottom lights filled out that entire middle net area I’m very glad I incorporated them this grow. I still got about four weeks left to go we’re at week 9 now since pistols appeared. I will continue the feed schedule which is basically every watering and I’m done with the top dressings this round. I mite up the fish emulsion next feed and I’ve been making it a little weak on that side.

Actually I’m leaning more towards a k deficiency on them. I think I’m going to lean more in that direction on my next grow

I'm not one of these ultra-mathematical formula growers, I'm more old school, but i say your blurples aren't doing what comparable LEDS are going to do and may perhaps even detract. very nice setup though mayn.

Yeah the blurples are just on the edges to add in extra light where the hlg don’t really reach I ran a cycle without the outside lights in before and they don’t fill in as much over there then I added in the extra lighting and it really helped I could be getting the yellowing somewhat from that but I think I’m weak on the k (potassium) in my mix as I was reading my chart and it comes off that way I agree though I’m not to specific in what I do I kinda just add in what I think is needed and log it and go from there. Thanks
