Just so you know.. I go through VPN's and Proxies no matter where I am. If you can trace back to someplace relatively close to my location, I will be impressed. ( However, it will never happen through the jpg ) The metadata provided in jpg, like png or gif, is mostly compression header data, some timestamp info, etc etc.. thats about it.. best of luck to you.
