It is harsh and that little jerk has turned another thread into a gong show with his BS. He called a lady a cunt the other day on her thread because she politly told him she wasnt interested in his opinion. Hes a dipshit.
to the OP now, what type of fertelizers are you using right now and what is the growing method you are useing? Hydro? Passive hydro? Some more details may give a better picture of why the first set of leaves are yellowing, they shouldnt be if your in hydro.

Naaaa....she wasn't polite to him at all man! He deserved it though, but to turn around and call her that?? I woulda banned him faster than he could re-post if I was an admin... Bad enough he spreads crap he's read then modified to his deranged opinion but to do that to one of our female members?? I would bitch slapped him HARD if I could get at him. I think he's gone anyway, he hasn't posted anything since he said " seeya in the earths crust RIU " *lol*

Sorry Ninja but leaves can easily yellow in hydro as well as any other medium. OP do not FIM anything at this point, dial in your health first and gain some growth. We need ALOT more info to help you, but we can only work with what we get from you.

Yes, it is very possible to get yellowing of leaves in Hydro. You shouldn't if you have your shit dialed in though. Ninja has his stuff together so he probably forgot that it could happen lol. Poor guy has forgotten more than most people have learned lol

that doesnt look like nute burn to me. lets shutup until the op tells us if hes soil or hydro, if hes hydro his ppm, and if hes soil his watering schedule.

hps is NOT IDEAL FOR VEG (but itll work) and the dying leaves look look a root rot problem TO ME!! NOT TO YOU NINJA. I DONT GIVE A FUCK WHAT YOU SAY!! NUTE BURN EFFECTS ALL GROWTH, NEW AND OLD UNLIKE ROOT ROT

Ok ok ok, so after reading what meathead wrote i bugged out and went throughout my house to find every type of lamp i could get that isnt sodium... LOL this is the set up. are the small fluer lights of any help? should i keep them there now that i just put em all there??? i turned off the sodium lamp cause i bugged out

Ive never seen it in the dwc systems ive run, ever. I think theres a food problem, where is this OP?

You can always have an N def which will make things yellow. Ex: too LOW of PPM.

You can also have inhibited N uptake if your Phosphorus is way too high during Veg.
