How do you delete your account/uploaded attatchments?

I can't find anywhere to delete my account and no email to contact the admins... Should I just make a couple of topics asking the admins to delete my account and my uploaded pictures/attachments? Or should I just be as vulgar and racist as possible till they have to take me off?
