Morning, wake up 2x250mg canna-caps, 1 (.5g bud, .25g hash) bowl smoked. Smoke again around 4 hours later, 6 hours later 2x250mg canna-caps, before dinner same as morning bowl. Hour before bed 4x250mg canna-caps, 1 1g bud, .5g hash joint. Every day. It's for pain, and helps my brain logically emulate empathy. It also helps me think, instead of just going into the blind rages from TBI. I can sleep a full 6-8 hours, every night, also.
