Excellent!! Ties in quite synchronisticly to my thoughts at the moment. I've been concentrating on doing "here and now" rather than thinking about thinking about thin.....
I haven't heard of Allan Watts though, which is a pleasant surprise given that I quite like Aldous Huxley...so off to Wiki shortly, then book shop later still..
