Lucid dreaming is perfection sir. lol You get to choose whether you want to fly, destroy a city or the entire world, or just eat a cheeseburger. lol

So controlling your choices is lucid dreaming right? I wouldn't say I'm perfect at it. So by your definition, I'm not lucid dreaming....yet.

I am on the right track though.

stayed up to 5am your time, which is my time as well, yesterday. :) 330 now.

I love sleep paralisis, where I wake up in my head but can't move my body...I used to get it alot when I worked midnights one winter. That shit is scary, my heart starts racing, I start having panic attacks, and the whole time I'm awake in a body that won't move, can't even open my eyes...thats why I won't take sleeping pills. I'm pretty sure this is how I'll die, fuckin trying to get up !

lookin good!...lol...I have little blue plastic cirlcles from when I cut 2" holes in my cloner lid that I use for strain tags. Looks like yours...lol...it even looks like my writing, your freakin me out.

Sleep paralysis is the most common explanation for CEot3K. Cause if your eyes are open you get vivid hallucinations.
