my basic service fixed is displayed as 0.0810035 x 425 kwh (what i used the month of this bill) which came out to 34.43. am i to understand that my electricity cost is WAY cheaper than some of yours? the actual BILL was for almost 64 dollars because of all the delivery charges which came out to an extra 29 bucks, and the breakdown of those charges is also displayed in an amount that is multiplied by kwh, so therefore i really paid closer to 15 cents per kwh. i'm thinking our bills may just break down the charges differently. my state requires everything broken down like that on utility bills. to the one from maine i don't think your ACTUAL cost per kwh when all is said and done is that low.
edit: i found this chart of average cost per kwh on this site http://www.eia.doe.gov/electricity/epm/table5_6_b.html fuck you bitches in north dakota and idaho. you lucky bastards pay about 8 cents. cheapest in the country.
