Lets see, 40% of everything you buy in the store has some corn byproduct in it. almost 100% of commercially grown corn is GMO. you do the math.

Its nearly impossible to buy food from the grocery and be completely free from GMO food, after all it can be chock full of GMO food and the label won't tell you that so you won't even know.
