His caddy has been in the shop for the last 2 weeks. He spent 4 grand on having the suspension and everything underneath redone. New rotors n brakes, master cylinder, Anything that leaked was re-gasketed as well. We spoke about him dropping a fuel injected crate motor in it too, and he's got the means to do it! Wish I had money like that to burn!

You know what's funny, in a small stoner kind of way, my new room is my hot rod of sorts. I built it, I run it, I decide on changes. It's totally a hot rod for me, on a much cheaper scale of course! Ill get my dream car some day lol

Ganja is to be burned not money! bongsmilie

I also looked at my old grow like that! I get high as shit and just look at it, and think about every little thing that makes this living machine work... Hell I had more into the grow boxes than my vehicles worth haha, so yeah that was my toy to burn money on but it also brought income ;-)

Hey fam! aint seen you around bongsmilie welcome back i guess.

Advanced Nutrients ph down is so concentrated that using measuring spoons wasn't cutting it for me. Had to resort to this here dropper! It does make theirs a good deal in comparison to others although it seems expensive, the quart I bought should last me years.

It was time to get rollin! Twas too damn cold for my plants to be chilling in the garage any longer.
Hempy #1 was chopoped.

The other 2 pots got pruned down and stuffed into the veg cab. They'll finish under the LED

Got the screen installed. Yeah Im thinking it might be too small of a mesh too :) If I have to Ill cut out links, which will suck major ass, but is an option.

Switched in the MH and got the girls in place! I'd say 6 plants is way overkill for this, but I didnt have the heart to not use the others.

I put them towards the outside to make watering easy, they will of course be trained inward then. I'll use a double hook clothes hanger wire to push/pull them as we go.

been toying with idea of vertical scrog on lazy susan also!!! i beleive u need a 8 inch hole in center for fan to blow directly up on vertical hung bare bulb....did alot of horizontal scrogs and works great but there is something about only 25 % of light going directly to buds -75% of all other light that hits plant is reflected light.......with proper veg training if you surrond your bulb 100% of light goes directly to buds and u have killer dense nugs (with proper temps 73-76) from top to bottom.....once u get used to the increased yeilds you will never look back. same work as horizontal scrog just more yeild and no crwaling under screen for canopy maintence...its vertically right in front of your face something like this on your table would rock!!2013_01190039.jpg2013_01140024.jpg

sorry dude i see now u got a cool tube there , no hole needed in your lazy susan for fan if u ever try vertical modular /non-modular scrogs either way your gonna rock em peace

My original plan was to go vertical with rockwool slabs on a drain to waste setup. Still may sometime in the future.

Damn Chaka that is some serious shit you got there! LOVE! The lazy susan is going to simplify your waterings. You are making me rethink my current design.

If the hempys blow up during veg and the soils just creeping to the screen still I may yank them out. The light is also a tad off center which I was gonna center then decided I like it this way better since I rotate the table a little 2-3 times a day, kinda offsets the light penetration.

What are your current temps in there? You were talking about a portable AC unit. With the space you have, your next upgrade should be the growzilla

You know you will succumb to larger broader spreads. :)

That cool tube is doing little to reflect the light in that big room. If you decide to go vertical, you could easily fit 2 600's in there.

Yeah I know I need at least a hood if I stay the way Im going. Imagine a 6ft table instead, with the veg cabinet outta the room and 2 lights. Mmm yields. I dont need an AC at all right now, just trying to get ready for summer. I can already see a difference in growth over night, the room doesnt drop below 67 but the garage was getting in the low 50's, they werent growing at all in there, just existing. I can see the hempys are gonna blow up though, and removing the soil plants might be more of a reality!
