Sore throat you say? I'd dab, vape or bong...smoking out of a bowl...it really makes it harsh...I've noticed a month or so from not smoking flower and straight dabbing shatter. ..less hacking up black crap , less sore throat etc.....blunts are the worst for me...i won't even bother with one unless someone is gonna roll it and pass it around, I'll pitch of course
