Would it be ok if I took plant out of artificial light and put in sunlight for a few hours a day during flower

I would avoid doing it midday but mornings and late afternoon should be fine

Why avoid mid day ? Heat intensity , white light ?

Oh im only flowering one plant I crossbred sour diesel with gorrilla glue #4. Only using 30 w led red bar light for flower. 3 full weeks into flower.
