The new grow room is setup. I changed out the water/nutes. It's still at 30mL/4L. The light schedule is now 14/10. Wow - I can't believe they're going into flowering next sunday!!! They grow so fast.
The new tub is a great improvement over the 3.5 gallon black one. The roots have so much more space to spread out in. When I was taking apart the other container, the roots were so intertwined with each other and the water pump, it was ridiculous.
I noticed today that the little earwig pincer looking things on A are getting really long. Pretty soon I'll be able to see if it's a male or female. It's starting to look a lot like some of the pictures I've seen on here. I'll try to get a better shot tomorrow.

A looks a lot happier today. I think the stress of the water/nutes/bin/room/light change was too much. You think? Lol... They are doing/smelling great. Happy plants.

I've missed the last two days. Meh. Well, I was all set and ready to top A on the 2nd. I had the clippie out, the scissors cleaned, and I was on my knees inspecting where to cut - and I just couldn't do it. I was looking at all the growth I'd be cutting off - all that beautiful progress from the last 5 weeks. I just couldn't do it. Next time I'll top before they get this big. I just can't harm something so beautiful even though it's for the better.
But they are flourishing! I'm getting paid today, so tomorrow morning I'm going to Home Depot and the grow shop to pick up all the crap I need. I'll take more pictures of the setup probably tomorrow or Sunday.

Went into flowering on the 6th. We're now 2 1/2 weeks in. Things are looking great. Both girls - lucky I know - and both super healthy. About another 6-7 weeks to go.

Looks good!!! I always like to see people on their first grows, falling in love with the process.

All I can say is watch out, what starts as a couple plants in a closet can turn into an obsession that occupys a big chunk of your basement/attic/bedroom.

verry nice....i also use cfl's for my grow,,,,i really like the results you got with only two,,are they 42 watt cfl's,,,what bulbs are you gonna flower with....
