It's a week before I plan on moving my seedlings to there final pot but I'm worried if I let the roots grow to long out the cup there will trouble. Anyone can give advice

It will be fine until you transplant, just be careful with it.

You can grow for a month if not more in a solo cup no issues

I spray twice a day to keep moist and leaves wet I water every 5-6 days

No flip both you get a better spectrum the blue isn't all cracked up to what they say the blurple lights are shit. Still work but not as good as QBs.

No need to be spraying them at all. In fact, I only spray my plants when I'm treating something. Should let the plants dry out completely between waterings.

Some of the leaves are a lil droppy pH level are perfect could it be from spraying? I stopped spraying
