Trump can't find classified document he stole; DA Wills goes all RICO; Pence cleared of wrongdoing

6,315 views Jun 2, 2023 #TeamJustice
The legal stories are coming fast and furious these days. This video takes on three legal updates.

The first is bad for Donald Trump, as new reporting reveals that his lawyers were unable to find and return a classified document that Trump was caught on an audio recording mishandling - a document that involved a possible US military strike on a foreign country.

The second story is also bad for Trump: Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis is widening her criminal investigation of Trump and company to explore their crimes in other states. This development tends to suggest that DA Willis may be preparing to bring a RICO indictment against Trump and his co-conspirators.

The third story is good for Mike Pence, but probably bad for Donald Trump. New reporting shows that DOJ has closed the classified documents case involving the documents that Pence possessed after he left government service, announcing that Pence will not be charge with any crime.

Mary McCord: Unrealistic that DOJ would ‘avoid’ legal action against Trump through 2024 election

59,515 views Jun 2, 2023
NBC News Correspondent Vaughn Hillyard, NBC News Senior Legal Correspondent Laura Jarrett and former acting assistant Attorney General for National Security at the Department of Justice Mary McCord join Andrea Mitchell to react to the Justice Department closing its probe into former Vice President Mike Pence for mishandling classified documents and look at how that case compares to the probe into former President Trump. “I don't think it's realistic to think that the DOJ would avoid, from here on out through the 2024 election, taking any kind of legal action against Trump or those in his inner circle,” says McCord. “You're going to potentially have a lot of cases trying to get through trial before the election and so that's where I think it could get complicated.”

Oh, they have a copy, they just want to know what happened to Trump's copy. Donald wanted to kill thousands of American troops so he could saddle Biden with an unnecessary and illegal war with Iran as he was leaving office and maybe to earn a big payoff from the Saudis. Milley stopped him from doing it and should get a medal for it IMO, he saved a lot of American lives. Kush could have picked up more than 2 billion as a payoff for that bit of treason. Whenever you think you've seen bottom with Trump there is always a lower level. Jack and Garland will want his ass badly over this shit and I believe these news stories are based on "authorized leaks", as Jack shapes public opinion before the indictments drop.

Every legal pundit I've seen says he is gonna be indicted in the next couple of weeks by their estimation and some DOJ alumni are saying no pauses for the election over this shit either.

Florida ….. *shocked not shocked

A retired Air Force lieutenant colonel was sentenced to three years in federal prison Thursday for storing files with classified information at his Florida home, the Department of Justice announced.

Robert Birchum pleaded guilty earlier this year to unlawfully possessing and retaining classified documents relating to national defense, the department said in a news release.

Birchum served nearly three decades in the Air Force and held several roles that required him to handle classified information, prosecutors said. In his plea agreement, Birchum admitted to having stored hundreds of files that contained information with top secret, secret or confidential classification markings in unauthorized locations.

In 2017, investigators found that Birchum “knowingly removed more than 300 classified files or documents” and kept them in “his home, his overseas officer’s headquarters, and a storage pod in his driveway,” according to the release. More than 30 of those files and documents were marked “Top Secret” – the highest level of classification.

Two such files on a thumb drive found at Birchum’s home contained information on the National Security Agency’s “capabilities and methods of collection and targets’ vulnerabilities,” the release said.

Both of these documents were classified as Top Secret/SCI, and their unauthorized release could be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security of the United States,” the department said.

The thumb drive contained 135 files marked as containing classified information, and a hard drive also found at his home had 10 files that had “information marked as Secret,” according to Birchum’s plea agreement. Investigators also found 48 paper documents that contained information marked as secret.

The case comes to a close as the Pentagon grapples with the discovery of leaked classified documents on social media. Air National Guardsman Jack Teixeira was arrested in April under the Espionage Act after he allegedly took and posted a trove of documents online. He had been warned by his superiors in the Air Force months earlier over his mishandling of classified documents, prosecutors said.

Donald Trump caught on tape, PROVING he lied about declassifying national security documents

56,773 views May 31, 2023 #TeamJustice
CNN just reported that Special Counsel Jack Smith has an audiotape of Donald Trump - months after he left the residency - waiving around a classified document about a possible US attack on a foreign country and saying that the document remains classified. This recording puts the lie to Trump's earlier claim that he declassified everything when he took the documents with him to Mar-a-Lago.

Here is how this sharply incriminating evidence will be used by prosecutors at the eventual trial of Donald Trump.
This is truly a head-shot to Dolt45 - it even gets worse: they’ve identified the document…and it is STILL not in the custody of National Archives. Meaning either that TG still *HAS* IT - or he SOLD IT & is no longer in possession. Personally, I’d love to find out whether the $2bill Jared bagged was for the Khashogghi deal, the security secrets, or both.

Prima facie evidence of guilt under the Espionage Act. Even establishing that someone could have made off with it w/o TG’s knowledge (a rough effin’ go), gets him off no hooks at all: having taken the document, having linked himself to it thru his actions and intentions & his awareness of his choices, etc, he is solely responsible for what ends up being the story of it - and every crime, bribe, swindle, con & dirty trick unfurled in his service. He is also solely responsible for having his head planted so firmly in Vlad’s…basement…and for everything that comes of THAT, too.

Wanna see a real revolution in this country? Pardon the Chucklehead and his posse, and their crews. They’re intimately familiar w/ the imaginary “librulz” in their heads…which only means they have absolutely no idea what the rest of us - & the real world - even ARE

ANOTHER damaging tape in Trump case, but this one was made by his lawyer!

49,325 views Jun 3, 2023 #TeamJustice
Regarding the damaging evidence against Donald Trump in the classified documents case, the hits just keep coming. The New York Times just reported that one of Trump's attorneys, Evan Corcoran, made an audio recording to himself about his experiences representing Donald Trump. Ordinarily, such a recording would be protected by the attorney-client privilege. But a federal judge ruled that, because Trump misled his attorney, the crime fraud exception applies and ordered the tape be turned over the Special Counsel Jack Smith and his federal prosecutors.

This video discusses the potential damage such a tape could do to Trump's legal position.

I don’t know if I would classify Evan Corcoran as smart. He staked his career on the word of donald trump.

The damning thing is, being “steered away” from searching that man’s office was a big red flag. That is the moment at which he should have stopped representing that man.

Certainly he should not have signed a certification that he had no way of knowing whether it was factual or not.

I think he came out of retirement to risk prison. Trump needs attorneys with nothing to lose. His $3.8 B lawsuit was filed by a Tampa workers comp atty and another atty that was just sanctioned for filing Nunes' frivolous defamation lawsuit. It looks like sanction time again.

Why on earth anyone would do business with Trump is beyond me.

Yeah, i can understand street level magats still believing his shit...Kind of...But someone smart enough to pass the bar exam should be able to see through his shit like a shark with a freakin laser on its head cutting through butter. They should certainly be smart enough not to perjure themselves for him, or commit any other crimes for him.

Mar A logo will take Trump down too early! Don't jail him FFS he still has work to do destroying the GOP and ruining their chances at winning congress too! He needs to be out of jail raging against the RINOs who betrayed him and "sold out" to the "deep state"! Divide and conquer and Donald is a divider! The republicans are hoping Jack will do the dirty work for them and remove Trump from contention. Even if he is indicted and still running around loose, he will still screw them over even if he loses the republican nomination and runs as an independent in the election from a cell. Donald is gonna be one Helluva wild card for the GOP in the coming months and the republicans dare not say "Lock him up" for fear of pissing off his base. Even if he is convicted and doing time, millions will write him in on their ballots and millions more might just stay home if he isn't on the ballot and says the republicans betrayed him.
