Day 3 Flowering picture update.

As suggested by my good friend SnowWhite each 3 Gallon container is drinking 2L nute rich solution everyday. The nute cost is adding up especially since I am using organic coco nutes, but hopefully I can pull off a good harvest by new years.

As always snow, I appreciate your input and compliments. Thank you to all the buddies on forums to help me out. I am kind of an ANAL person, I won't quit researching ever even if I have gotten it right.

Thanks Snow on your advice on lifting the pots. I ice my back, smoke a few bowls for a couple of minutes and then get down to lift my pots. What's interesting to see is that the plants that are right under the light seem to eat/drink almost twice as much as the plants in the corners. I am currently making some fixtures that will hold about 6-12 CFL per fixture. I will fill them up with 27 watt 2700K mixed with 5000k CFLS, 70:30 respectively.

The reason I am using the 27 or even the 23 is because they seem to be the most cost effective since I can pick them up for cheap as hell at any local store. The 42watts CFL cost as much as ten dollar where as I can get 4-5 27 watters, 2-3 times more lumens over a larger spread.

Of course eventually if cost isn't an issue i could fill all them up with 42 watt cfls, hell i might just even add a 400w or 600w hps/mh.

I would greatly appreciate some help on this.

I haven't worked with electricity before, but I really didn't wanna ask anyone to add an electric outlet in my attic.

Anyhow I found an outlet on the ceiling of the garage, under the attic floor. So in the attic i took off the silver lined plywood to check it out, I am adding a picture of the back of the outlet.

Now if I want to add an outlet in the attic which wire do I tap into, the white one or the one which is covered with gray material going into the outlet.

I am thinking that the wire in gray is the main line and the white wire is taped in for another light in the garage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sorry man...can't help you there. Especially not with US power. No clue mate! But, there is some thread on here where a sparky from the US is offering his professional advice, I'd drop your question in his thread if I were you. Good luck!

Day 5 Flowering Picture update

Everything seems to be going well, I experimented with 2L EOD and it turns out that the pots were super dry so I will stick to 1.5-2L ED.

Since this is my first time I am not sure are the buds in the first few pictures gonna end up making one big bud.

Also I think its time for another lollipopping session.

packing the supplemental lighting in there I see....nice one!

Your internodal spacing on your girls looks pretty tight to me, so I would say yes, big long buds will be all over the place mate.

Seriously canopy management and lollipopping requires a lot of time. I mean I put in 1 hour just for 3 plants. I hope this will also cut down manicuring time after harvest. This is still Day 5 Flower pictures.
