I have some ghost chilies i grew this year. And i try to use them when i cook but it is just impossible.
I made chilie and it blew my head off with heat. This is coming from the guy who orders the hottest item on the Thai food menus extra spicy.
IF YOU HAVEN'T TRIED THAI FOOD DO IT NOW. It's like the "Ruth's Chris" of Chinese food.
-Ground Beef
-Beans "form the garden"
-tomatoes "form the garden"
-Sweet peppers "form the garden"
- 1 Ghost chili "form the garden"
