Haze auto is okay but not great. I only sell the collection pack of it with the Fruit Auto. Their new critical + auto (I have just started growing a trial) and they tell me personally that it is the best of their autos by far.

Are you in UK Chronic m8?
Dam just ok huh! Well I'll try it and see what I get. Have you ever smoked the strains I'm growing(onyx and easyryder)? Not me don't know anyone either. I hope they are killa! With a good taste! I'll look into the other strain you mentioned! Thanks!

Actually I'm in the pacific nw area of the USA.

HigH people just wondering if anyone has a smoke report for the two strains I am about to harvest? I have two Onyx and an EasyRyder going. I don't know anyone who has. I hope it's the kill! Thanks for any feedback!

lol, I mean okay 'generally' they are autos after all and they are not as potent as normal strains as a rule. The Haze Auto is a decent smoke and a fair yield for shortstuff. I always put them straight into the biggest pots 11litres as a rule as oppose to potting them up.

oh and they usually take about 80 days under 18-20 hrs even tho Dinfem hint that they be ready in 65 or so.

Here is Critical+ auto at about 12 days old that I am growing. I had these seeds before they were released publicly. They look very uniform, some autos grow in strange ways.

You'll find out for yourself soon enough! Man I want your LED lights but they're soooooo expensive!
Lol you got that right on both accounts! I can't wait! The light has turned out to be everything I hoped it would be! Wish it would have been cheaper though! Oh well the loot is spent and the buds are almost ready! No regrets! Even though my football team sux this season, these ladies make everything in life better! Always something to look forward to when growing! Kinda therapeutic! I guess the only regret is that I didn't start sooner! Thanks for following!

Yeah but once you grow 4 ounces, it'll recoup the price of the lights and you'll still have the lights and more bud on the way!

So how and when did autos come about? Grow strange? I'm assuming bigger leaves or colas on different plants of the same strain? Sounds like you got the hook up! That's cool! How many you got going?

There is a good write up over at seedsmans site that you may find interesting; which talks about the original lowrider strains http://www.seedsman.com/en/origins-of-lowryder/

Here’s what Dinafem had to say about he new Critical + autos which is what swayed me to try a few...

The texture and appearance of the heart is similar to the Critical and increasingly moving away from what is normally a slightly different formation of autoflowering strains. Automatic Critical+ has also inherited the aroma and sweet fruity taste; fruity, with hints of sweet orange that made the original Critical strains extremely popular. Therefore, we believe that the aroma and taste of the new Critical automatic are undoubtedly the height of any commercial variety found in the European market. It is not an exact copy of the mother for sure, but certainly recognisable, it is the best automatic I have seen so far and it should convince those who had never tried an auto-flowering variety.
We only work with small indoor personal grows and we have given a few seeds to be grown by some of our customers/patients.

I have threw one into my own small grow to give it soma abuse basically. I'm not a big fan of them myself as I do not have stealth or size issues etc but I definitely think they are great for some circumstances.

3lions- May I ask you a bit off-topic question? I don't think MrDoom will mind...

You mentioned Seedsman, are you a fan of his work? And do you know anything about his Skunk/Haze strain?

Pardon the interruption.

Seedsman ltd have only recently became a seller of their own strains. Like many of us do, we create our own strains and mess with genetics but getting them stable enough to be sold as f1 takes a great deal of work and a few years usually. Seedsman have done that for a long time without selling them. (they sold on behalf of other breeders like we do here)

Now they do create and sell their own strains. I am a big fan of their African Buzz which is a pure sativa and what I would consider a very good strain. I have not tried many of them but do respect them certainly.

Thanks for the African Buzz tip, plus the other info. I've emailed them for more info on their Skunk/Haze strain, but haven't heard anything yet.

I'm particularly interested in more info on that, but can't seem to scare anything up.

Yw. The Skunk Haze will be straightforward cross. not feminised.............

here: http://www.seedsman.com/en/skunk-haze-seeds budget pricing so perhaps not their best. All seeds are not created equal of course.

You are right to write and ask questions. All breeders should be able to tell you both the ideal conditions and how to get the best from your own environment.

If you are a haze fan then have to try 'Royal Haze' from Dinafem. We can give you good deal on those perhaps.

Funny you should say that. I just saw a similarly successful grow over at hgs using much cheaper lights.

Nothing wrong with quality equipment, though, and this light will probably have a much longer life. The led world is changing.
