Well folks like i said i would be transplanting to the final pots. Which i did yesterday, it was a success. I was busy so i wasnt able to take any pics but i did take some today...

Plant 1 - August 24th

And Plant 2 - August 24th

And her is a pic of the plants in their new planters...

Both plants are now being full vegitation Nutes including both the Grow Big and Big Bloom... Thing's are looking nicely and i don't see much since of shock from the transplant. I wish i would have got pic's yesterday, the root systems looked beautiful...

They look really lush.

I always burn a leaf on a light or something, mine don't end up looking so nice and perfect like that. I hope they stay that pretty for you. :)

So...the ladies seem to be liking the FF Grow Big pretty good... They are doing great cause every day i look at them i see ton's of new growth. Anyways, i added a 23 Watt 6500K Cfl in the middle. Man it's so bright in my grow room when i go in their i have to wear my shades. Here is a picture with the new light added in.

Grow tips anybody?

For some reason i don't think my plants are very big for 2 weeks old. Is it just me or are these things growing really slow.

Here's the new pic's. Ill take more later today maybe.

Is it just me or is it growing really slow. I mean yeah it looks nice but they are only 3 or 4 inches tall at the most. I would think that they should be a little bit bigger at 14 days...Idk maybe it is just me. Anyone think differently or agree?

They're growing slow because the nodes are so close together because they're not stretching for light.

I'm not sure how fast they grow under CFL's as I've only grown outside, but if you moved the lights about an inch further away it would start to get taller and expand.

Maybe someone can agree or disagree with this statement

edit: after looking at your pictures thats defiently the reason. Move that light a little further away.

MIne grew like that, they like stacked up on their self like that then they slowed that growth and got taller instead. For a while at first I thought they were going to stay flat like that !!!

Thanks guys. You are right... now that i look at the structure of the plant i see that it is actually growing up at a pretty good rate. I was so worried about stem elongation that i completed didnt even notice how compact they were. Since i have switched it too full FF nutes i now notice twice as much new growth every day. I took a few pictures close up so that you guys could see from plant 1.

This pic is the new growth in the middle of the canopy.

This pic is new growth under neath the canopy starting from the the very first node's the plant grew.

Another Closeup of the Canopy

Marijuana Leaf 5 Leaf Formation coming in nicely

It's about time the seed leaf's died. Well their not actually dead yet they are just starting to yellow and shrivel up.. Only a matter of time my friends...

Thanks for the tip, i did that and it seems to be looking better. I had the lights 1-2 inches away and now i have the lights 3-4 inches away at the most.

looking great doc., checking your grow & reading thru...all i could think of was the light spectrum...you said you had 2, 105w 2700k & 1 5000k for vegging....they say 6500k works best for veg & 2700k for flowering but i see you found out about that..sorry i didn't get here sooner.

some even say thier plants luv getting the best of both worlds...when vegging more 6500k than 2700k & visverssa.

not too sure on the 5000k but i had 1 laying around so i put it in (25w)..also threw in 2 26w 6500k to go along with my actual wattage of 444w @ 2700k.

don't know how much its helping but as long as its not hurting its all good...peace.

THanks Jo. Yeah 5000k is not quite as good as 6500K but their's really no visible difference when i look at both of my 5000K and 6500K bulbs... Im sure the plants notice the difference though.
