after reading all the, mostly, really stupid, uninformative replies, I thought I'd just let you know this happened to me also...I thought it was abnormal, my research wasn't conclusive, so I don't know why it happened, sry.
anyway, no pictures of mine and I'm not topping again...

i dont know man i topped 2 of my plant they didnt leek any thing red but the limb turned a dark red color

Was going to edit my post and add that to it but you beat me.On mine,the sap and exposed wound turned a dark purple in a matter of minutes.

People come on here to get help with growing and simple questions answered. There is no way to prove that the plant is "bleeding" red or anything else because your working with computers, photoshop etc. etc.
But people do come here to get answers for their growing questions. So, if you don't have an answer or it sounds completely made up, you shouldn't make fun of the guy/girl. I'm sure that he/she isn't just wasting his or her time posting some fake ass pics and some fake ass comments to get some fake ass answers. After all, people DO come here to get their questions answered.
Everyone's a nub at some point and even if he isn't show some respect.

Yeah but in every forum is a few douche bags that just want to stir the pot or go fishing. He has pics so I believe it, have I ever seen it? Nope , until now. So initially I didnt believe it, mainly to get him to prove it. Now that he did , I'm satisfied, and now wont freak out if my plant gets its period after a pruning.

Hmmm well obviously it's not blood.... it sounds like either a trait of the strain or the nutes you are using.
Do you have more then one plant? If so, did you top the others? Did they also have the red substance in them?
BTW... I didn't ask for pictures because I didn't believe you, I asked for them because it's out of the norm and I thought it would be interesting to see.
