well if your stems are dry and stiff but bend without snapping there ready for jars. 2 days shouldnt be enough time for them to be that dry but I may be wrong. But yess after there cured you will get higher, just don't smoke it all before you get that far Ive done it and it feels badman. I was able to save one bud of mine till the end of a 1 week cure time and I couldn't even finish a bowl to myself of that bud. the rest that was just air dried and half cured, smoked and got you high like some good middies, but the cured bud was one hit quit. Big difference but I couldn't help myself it was my first harvest and I only pulled down 2 ounces or so, so it went fast between me and my friends lol.

i started smoking my plant since it was in 4th week of flowering ^^, smoked like bit more than one third before even harvesting lol, i`ll try and keep as much as i can till its done.

Dry your weed.....it'll improve dramatically.....lay it out on newspaper with a light breeze blowing over it (not on it)....leave until crispy...if you don't get high then, I'll send ya some of mine!

Thanks man, i already put the small buds to cure, and tried one - a decent head buzz i`d say but i really expected to be something like the stuff i get from my guy. Anyways... nice avatar you got there. ^^

My first harvest continues to improve day by day. Out of the gate it floored my friends. It doesn't have the same effect on me. I guess that's tolerance for you. I'd say at the 4 week mark, I might have some dank on my hands.

Mainly, it's genetics. I started with bagseed, had 4 different strains, 2 were great, 1 was okay, and the 4th was total crap, even though it looked awesome. Quick-dried or not, it should still be pretty good, if it's good smoke. You can take a good strain, harvest it 2 weeks early, throw it in the microwave, and still get high as fuck. No, it won't be near as good as properly dried and cured stuff, but it'll still get you pretty damn high. Sorry man, get some new seeds, next time around. :)

when you think your crop is completely ripe, wait another week. Trim the sugar leaves off and let your buds hang for a week or until the stems snap when bent. Put the dry buds in glass jars and burp them twice a day for a couple minutes. Do this for at least ten days. when you have them in the jars curing is when they gain there potency the chemicals become psychoactive during this process. Sounds to me like the buds weren't ripe or you didn't let them dry and cure properly. After a long patient wait you don't want to overlook the most important process. a good dry and cure makes all the difference in your end product. I don't care how good your genetics are they won't be bomb without a good cure.

Patience is the key. You don't want your best bud to be your last bud... that's just sad, bud :)

yeah, I think you harvested too early... plus since you quick dried them.. you ruined what potency they may have had to begin with.

you live and you learn.. you'll get the hang of it.

Just have to be patient.. and let the plant fully ripen before harvesting..

and lastly.. quit the "quick drying". It totally ruins the buds potency..

better luck next time my friend.

peace.
