you got most of what you need. the pints will work fine just means your gonna spend a longer time on the stove trying to get them all done. i can only put 5 at a time in mine. so i do what i can. but by the time your other jars are done pc'sin the ones should be close to coolin off. it will al work out you can do smaller ones if you want but i would stick with the pints until you get some more spores.

walmart didnt have any perlite or verm or BRF....fuck walmart
tomorrow ill get those 3 things then i think ill be ready to start.

ok so ive found BRF...18oz for $4.50
ill get perlite and more vermiculite later this week probably.
ive got class tonight, but once i get home ill be cooking up 5 pint jars.
i plan on starting a journal. keep an eye out. thanks for both of yalls help

yea i just rolled some chicken wire up to fit the pot but it holds them off the bottom about an inch

perfect, your ready to cook. the verm you have now will last for about 2-3 batches (running 12 jars) ill be look for that grow log

go to local supermarket NOT WALMART and get good brown rice plain.

use walmart coffee grinder and make your own brf.

bag of rice is $3.
black and decker coffee grinder at walmart was $16

haha yeah after looking at it more, ill probably stick with the pftek...theres really no need for that many shrooms for me but it would be nice to look at.
