Need some Help Wiring HLG-320 XL V2...wattage low

Hey everyone,

I really could use some help. I recently purchase the HLG 320 XL and love everything about it but it seems like the lights are not as bright as they should be. I've wired it 2 different ways and still seems low.

Long story short I purchased a watt meter for the wall to see what this fixture is pulling.. 114 watts turned up all the way! It has the hlg-320 power supply with the built in adjustment pot.

What am I missing? Could use some help please.

The description says the driver needs to be wired in series so pay attention.
