New CFL grow using Miracle-Gro African Violet Potting Mix in 6" pots

Cant be long now eh? How much yield do you think you'll have?

man, im not sure, its hard to judge, this is my first successful grow, im hoping for an ounce, maybe 2???

For my first grow, Im just hoping for frosty buds. yield was never the goal as i was a total newbie.

i hear ya, im just happy its going good, LoL.

day 65, still look the same, things are good tho.

any yield is a plus when the setup is cheap enough, its more about the enjoyment u get outta watchin it grow

hell yeah, thats right, yeah id like to grow a couple pounds, but ill be happy with a couple ounces. really, this grow and the people on this fourm are the only thing that has helped me keep my sanity through this hip injury. im about over this shit!! LoL. i miss my dogs, i miss my shit-hole bar and i miss just getting out and walking around without crutches, a cane, or a walker, it sucks!! and, its a pain in the ass driving my truck with a stick shift.

new bean is 67 days today, but she is looking ill??? will have to look up what these leaves are trying to tell me. its 7 1/2 weeks of flowering, should be close. i might have hurt her with the over watering/nutes maybe.

Could be over watering, maybe get yourself a pH tester if you havent already and check to make sure its within good variables eh.

yeah, i did screw up the other day and dumped about a half gallon in her. i have a tester, my ph is 6.5 in the soil, so i think that is fine. temp doesnt go over 84, so thats ok too. its day 68 and day 53 of 12/12 flowering and things are going ok, heres a couple pics. i too just cut a small bud off and its drying out right now, will give a smoke report later. im going to the u-haul store tomorrow and get my veg box, its only $3 for a heavy duty box that is 18" x 18" x 24" (4.5 cu/ft). should be the perfect size just to start the plants in and/or cloning. i'll have 2-23 watt bulbs and 2-80mm fans for exhaust and a passive intake. pics when its done.

What are you going to use when you do your clones? I've got some root riot cubes & clonex lined up for mine...

i have some schultz take root, its powder, but should work, ive never tried to clone before tho, so this will be a first. i also have some jiffy peat pellets to put them in. i hope to get another female for this next grow and i wll get some clones this time, LoL.

so i went to the u-haul store today and picked up another ghetto box to use as a veg/clone box, cost, $4. it ended up being 18 x 24 x 24 which worked out better. a Y adapter and a socket plug and a couple blubs. 2-80mm computer fans for exhaust and a passive intake, oh and a 99 cent extension cord and there you have it. total cost about $14, not bad. heres some pics. i am also making up another gravity fed water jug for this box too.

new bean is 69 days old and at 54 days of 12/12 flowering, she'll be ready in about a week and a half. buds are fat and fluffy, but feel pretty dense. i want to start a couple more seeds to get a head start on the next grow. probably will use bag seeds again and try to get another female.

thanks man, i may do it cheap, but i also try to do it right, LoL. should work fine, the plants will only be in there like 15 days or so, im very happy with it.
