I forgot to ask u seeing black spot down your way,All New England growers are welcome to post pics and progress of your grows
No black spots down this way.I forgot to ask u seeing black spot down your way,
Sounds Ike you have a good plan.with the grow bags I would just cut bottom open and set into the dirt 4 to 6 inches when they are ready.then the roots will spread out naturally.Hey everyone, first post here.
Been in New England all my life, third season doing the farming thing & I've got high expectations for this year. Third time's a charm
Started out farming young, only 24 right now, hoping this year I have it all dialed in. I've read the grow bible religiously this winter.
I use a peat base with lime. Liquid seaweed during seedling and veg along with GenHydro FloraDuo and CalMag once they are big enough for the heavy nutes.
I'm going with the Sweet Skunk F1 from sweet seeds, I think these will finish well in time with their autoflower genes (male auto x female mom) which leans to a photoperiod plant with shorter flowering by a week or two, just what I need. Not only are they fast, the skunk is bred by means of early skunk, it's supposed to be their fastest next to full autos.
No other strains I've tried past 2 years can handle the humidity or don't flower fast enough to fully finish in time.
I've got a real good feeling about these F1's due to hybrid vigor and the autoflower genes.
7.5 gallon homemade smart pots, they were just plastic grow bags that I poked NUMEROUS holes into for maximum air flow. gunna bury as many as I can to protect roots from heat.
Hopefully I can get more than half of the 20-25 I do into the ground, it's just so Rocky here some places are impossible to dig with a shovel.
Has anyone done a sweet seed fast version outdoors? I'm around 43° north, decent ways inland.
GOODLUCK to all.
Yeah I hear that Thumper, I'll keep everone posted.be carful with semi autos out door,to early they wont veg start indoor if u can peace
