Funny how some people are taking this cops word as golden. I'm to believe Brown tried to jump throw the cops window to get his gun whilst Darren was just talking to them. I'm also to believe that Brown knew a cop was shooting at him and he decides to stop running away and charge the cop. How dumb are some...obviously very.

It DOES NOT MATTER what the cop did, he will walk. He could have yelled racial epithets all day long as he blasted black people left and right, and he would still walk.
The Nuremberg Defense actually works for law enforcement officers.

When will people realize that there is no other outcome?

The person that immediately appears dumb is the guy saying the cop was shooting at him as he ran away, which NOBODY (including any legitimate eyewitnesses) but that very idiot has claimed.

I love the way you automatically assume the cop is racist and evil just cos the perp he shot was black.

So the guy who committed a strong arm robbery and tried to take a cops gun: Innocent victim of police brutality

Cop who stops a guy walking down the middle of street (ie doing his job) who then tries to steal his gun: Crooked, racist, facist pig.

I've no love for pigs at all but Brown essentially committed suicide.

Kinda works against your earlier claim though. According to your links, the officer did shoot at them as they were fleeing AND we know for a fact he turned back towards the officer and was subsequently shot in the front of his body. Whether he charged, shuffled or skipped towards the officer is a matter of contention.

I'm saying your sources are suspect at the least and if it was true, it would be splashed across all the major media outlets. Show me the NBC, ABC, CNN links. Fuck, if it's true, MSNBC and the NY Times would have it for sure. I'm not going to debate a point that only exists in your head because three wacky websites agree.

Many witnesses also agreed on what happened next: Officer Wilson’s firearm went off inside the car, Mr. Brown ran away, the officer got out of his car and began firing toward Mr. Brown, and then Mr. Brown stopped, turned around and faced the officer.
