sorry to bump this but need help with the questions above

looks like a nice space to work with...

How hiegh is hte ceiling?
How will you move air around, do you have access to outside to dump air?
is it all concrete? pics?
you have a tap down there? thats sweet, does it have a drain to dump water?

can you LOCK UP this area secure?

what do you want from your grow?

Yeild ? - selling
Quality? - perso
Fast output? - sog grow
Less plants for legal reason? - scrog (longer grow time)

try to balance what you want most and setup your grow for that goal

Ceiling is 85" tall, air will be moved by rotating fans. Air in SOG room will be filtered by 6" fan with tall boy (490 cfm is that enough) air will be pumped into old coal chimney that runs directly to the roof. Everything is concrete, I'll take pics when were done. Yes we have a water tap with a drain and lastly we have a lock on the door.

We want a good yield probably half to sell and half to smoke, were hoping for better quality than my last grow and were trying to do perpetual SOG
