so...i keep on bending the larger main stems down a bit every night...i'm keeping them about 8-10" from the light bulbs in turn keeping them cool enough so i'm not getting heat stress...temp at about 80F and 60% humidity...

I made a slight mistake though...i bent one of them a little bit too much so it started to buckle right above one of the leaf nodes...pretty strong stems honestly...especially when it has a 1" diameter :D

But yeah, I'll be more gentle next time, but definitely need to get some string down there to tie it all down...I'll get some pics up probably tomorrow when I get a chance...its getting a bit crowded down there...

DAMNN nice plants man. I think you should flip the lights to 12/12 to help them alogn with the flowering. You said its an Auto/early flowering plant from seed. Im pretty sure they are ment to be grown 12/12 from seed, but i could be wrong. But you need to slow down that veg growth, and the only solution i see is go 12/12. LOOKING GREAT BRO!

Oh i did put them to 14/10 about 3 weeks ago, then to 13/11 3 days later, then 12/12 2 more days after that...flowers are developing nicely finally, but I had one cola shoot up into the light due to a failure in ducttape placement holding a string down lol, so that one is a crispy critter at the moment.

I have 5 clones and 1 seedling running under 6 CFL's nice and close...Just bought a small oscillating fan for them and set it up

I found out its Iranian G13 which is an early flower, and I should be able to keep the strain alive with my cuttings. I'm going to build a more confined veg "area" for the CFL lights to sit over and I'll veg in that area then transfer under the HPS. Hopefully keep a steady stream of cuttings going and harvest every 2 months, unless I can figure out something else to stagger things better...dead broke so can only do so much :(

What a difference between your first grow and second, amazing what amping up the wattage will do!.
definitely! My major issue last grow was heat....severely stunted the growth on those autos only being able to maintain levels at about 90-95F :(

Much better this time at about 65F at night and 80F in the day, though my humidity is dropping down around the 45-50% range...I have a small humidifier I might setup to bump it up a bit, but I need to build a veg area for the CFL fixture I built for the clones...that humidity is really showing in the clones no matter how much I spritz em down.

Everything looking good...nothing new to report...seeing the colas starting to increase trichome production...still got a ways to go...

Awesome man. Plants look great. Is that a single bin grow? My last grow was in a 18gal bin with some MG cactus plant food. My plants out grew my box. Had to chop them down. I ditched the cactus plant food also. Mine was 2-7-7. It was the lowest N i found locally (wally world) Had some Urea Nitrogen in it. Not sure if thats good or not. Anyways they look great.:leaf::leaf:

yup...Shultz liquid cactus food...thats one of the nutrients i use 2-7-7 + micronutrients...seems to be working good along with the 20-20-20 all purpose and lingering bloodmeal i mixed in at the start. Once these ones are done and I bring in the clones I'll be doing LST from the start to keep the height down...its a pain in the ass right now as the stalks are pretty firm and i'm having to do almost daily adjustments to keep them from getting too close to the light. The last thing I can do with my light system is screw it directly into the ceiling which i'd rather avoid doing :D

WooHoo got some boy parts! I stressed the shit out of one plant that was in the bed...short...stubby...cut up...fan blowing right on it...canopy covering any real light getting to it...AND she decided she wanted some balls! So In turn I chopped her down, burst some sacks, and pollinated a few buds :D I know which branch I pollinated so I keep it separate when drying and curing :)

Dude I have read a lot of your posts. While some things we may not see eye to eye on, and I'd be very surprised if we did on everything, all of the info I see you put out there is good, sound advise. You keep on rockin', man! You're doing well.
