does any one have a link for me to look atr the differences of male and female plants..>? I still think the other one is a male but i wanna make definate sure.
There are little groups of leaves growing off the main trunk then off those leaf stems there are little groups of growth almost look like little fingers growing out, they arent big yet, I can barely see them with a bright light.

ohh yeah , and why would the individual " fingers" of the big fan leaves twist like cork screws...?

im not sure but im pretty sure that twisting leaves is from PH fluxuation. and if you look it up on google images theres tons of pics of female and male pre flowers

ok so i looked at pics all day @ m/f plants.........the other was definately a male so im down to 1 fem...
NOW IM FULL OF QUESTIONS ( as again I am in uncharted waters for me)
she has SEVERAL lower branches growing out down low, i have cut the very top now i got 2 (tops)
can i do this with the other lower(tops)?? do i need to tie them up for support?
i can veg @ 24/7 for as long as i like to let her get big?
MAIN QUESTION:
I want to put her into a bigger pot.........i am out of soil..........can i use the soil this last male was it???? there are still root peices all in the soil.....or get new soil?????

ohhhh yeah and does any one know if you can mount T12 fixtures virtically instead of horizontal?

yea can vegg as long as you please if its not an auto, tho remember it will get twice, sometimes even 4 times bigger then it is when you switch to 12/12. so a 2 foot plant in vegg will be 3 1/2-6 feet tall at harvest. and no dont use the old soil, you could boil it and sit there for hours pulling roots out if you have no way of getting new soil. but the old soil is pretty much asking for problems.

u can top any plant as many times as u feel.. any branch that has a growing tip can be topped as long as it has somewhere to grow shoots from.

i just cut every new growth on her...( 17 nips, so i get 34 new growths right....................... and this area is were the buds grow right.......? so.... the more i top the more buds???????
will i have more buds but less quality or does it not mess with potency?

Make sure you give the plants stems time to grow or else they wont be able to develop heavy buds. Stop fimming or topping 2 weeks before flowering.

yes.. but like g4g said.. let them grow out nd recover before topping the same branch.. remeberthey gotta be strong enough to hold ya buds quality wont be an issue and either should yeild.. the reason for topping as far as im concerned in to keep the plant at a reasonable height and get more colas which are better than the lil poporn nuggies at the bottom

Alright what the fuck is up people? How's shit goin?
So check this out. I got this middle Kush in miracle grow soil + perlite. It's been in there for 6 weeks. Now I'm thinking that maybe it has used all the nutes. The nutes are supposed to last for 2 months... so do you think it ate a bit too much haha or what? I think my watering is alright...like I've tried giving it more water and less water and that didn't do shit. I'll prolly have to wean it off the soil with some of my hydro nutes...Oh and I wish I had this bitch in coco from the start...God Damn!

looks like a def for sure it wants food, with how the others are lookin not likely it is a lockout?
But I can't tell from the pic what might be missing a close up of the top leaves would help
Not sure how hydro nutes will work for it in soil?

Hmmm good idea man. You're right fuck the soil go straight to 10 gal of coco. Thanks! Cant have any hydro nute problems in coco. Although I think it would have been fine in the soil anyways...

i wouldnt do hydro nutes in soil.
yes your soil has probably used up the nutes in the soil, cannabis tends to suck up nutes at a faster pacethan most houseplants..

I took my T12,s (4) from the top and turned them sideways and put the CFL"S on top cause EVERY ONE said they were better..............yeah my plant grew like a bitch but if you look, the bottom is MUCH MUCH FULLER then the top half. At the bottom the nodes start at 1" apart then by the time you get to the top they are 3-4 inches apart.
I have 4 26w cfls and 4 t12 tubes.
I moved the T12's back to the top and put the cfls at bottom, I'm curiouse to see if the top bushes and the bottom stretches.
I know 26w aint sht and everyone is going to say thts why... BUT ITS more efficeint to use tubes then 26w cfls,... can speak for higher wattage cfls just mine
just curiouse, how does the clonning thing work? Do I just stick the sprout cut @ topping in a pot of soil and treat it like a seedling? My Dad said I needed "root starter" whats that?
Shes gettin big huh,
ohhh yeah i put her in a HUGE pot, i think all the soil in the other pot turned into roots. I broke up the soil and roots on the bottom and my wife gave the whole roots system a dang massage, haha I said try my back next lol....never seen some one rub a plant down like that...........
