Well, this is it. My second serious attempt at a modest grow, and the best I ever did was light and weak. We've got AK47 auto and good old feminized GSC. Let's check out the crib, then check out what I have seriously deemed 'Project 47 Girls'.

OK FOLKS we got ourselves a 30 x 18 x 36 (boy i wish i had 12 more inches *snicker*) tent with a NOICE 4" centrifugal fan fitted with carbon filter. But that's not what you want. YOU want to know about the LIGHT. Well it's a dimmable 300W LED set, pretty happy with the features. Ah do recommend. Aaand then we got boring pvc and nylon SCROG (but it WAS put together nice, amiright?)

By the way other noobs, if you're working with LEDs get a pair of Amazon LED protective lenses. Worth it - that's how I got the photos... and preserve my vision. Errybody wins.

Sooo how about the girls? OK cut the BS; serious moment here - I cannot believe how swell it's been going. I swore I had no green talent whatsoever after my last attempt. So this grow is particularly exciting - I've never gotten a month into it with such gorgeous looking specimens. And I honestly attribute it to bumping up the lighting quality and getting much more meticulous with water and watering. OK let's go look now!

I was surprised at how quickly she flowered even though I knew to expect it. I'm pushing the proximity limits to the LED so I'm cheatin' and pulling her over a bit.

As for the GSC - maaan she couldn't look any happier. Such a bushy little stance, just so damn cheery! Still on a 20/4 schedule till I get the branches easily tucked under the nylon. Then methinks we'll switch to flower. I topped once, btw. Never topped before - that felt unnatural lol. Anyway SUPER stoked to get to the finish line with this one:

So yea, that's what I'm workin' with.

They look good. How high is your light from the top of the plants? I am thinking you can actually drop it down a little to get the plants even more light. I have one Viparspectra myself and I keep it about 6-7 inches above the plant.

The AF's about 10" away and the GSC are a good 16-18" away. I keep bumping up the intensity over time, 5% every couple days. I just don't wanna induce an issue when things are chuggin right along.

The manual says 16"-20" away when at full power, so I'm also kinda playing with my actual proximity and the intensity I run. With the AF closer and little option for me to mess with her growth, I figure I'm looking at 75% intensity max @ 10"

Plants are looking pretty good...maybe a little excess nitrogen in the first plant. I'm not sure what service the screen is going to be for you. If you were trying to scrog, you still can you just need to read about scrogging. Either way, That screen could probably

Nvm about my comment above. I see what you may be doing. Scrogging one plant and just going to chop the other as is. I assume
