Ok so those weird white spots are definetly from the thrips. I actually saw one this morning. Shit was big! Finally got rid of mites and now this! Damn bugs on my nugs....hahha anyone remember that ICP song?
So went out and got some monterey garden spray which contains spinosad. after reading up on thrips this is the only thing that will get rid of them permantly. It also works great for mites, centipedes and many other insects. Pretty cheap too 17 bucks for a concentrate bottle and its gna last me 6 months if not more. Everyone I talked has said the thrips were usualy gone by the second spray so im sure this will work.

Gonna be leaving the ladies alone for the first time. Going down to arizona for the weekend, my gfs grandparents got a big ol house down there with indoor pool, dune buggys, guns (you get the point). So were gonna have some major fun. Im trusting my gfs sister to water while im gone, hope I dontt regret this haha.
The ladies lookin good. No signs of any bugs and couple yellow lower leads but that's about it. Im gonna pick up this cal/mag/molasses when i get back on monday that I have heard nothing but good stuff about. When I checked on them today I saw some pre flowers! Ill take some new pics on monday when I get back. That will mark the 1st week of flowering.

Thanks guys. So I haven't seen anymore thrips since last time (doesn't mean they're gone) but I was lookin at one of baby clones and the see a part of leaf almost completely devoured! And then boom there's a black caterpilar with a white stripe munchin away!
Fuck.... im just shit outa luck. Where are these damn bugs coming from?!
I did take the plants outside once when because I was in a hurry and now im certainly regreting that. I looked over the ladies the best I could and did not find any caterpillar damage anywhere else. Thank god that spinosad (monterey garden spray) works great on caterpillars too.

Ok now on to the good stuff... there was a lot of growth in those 3 days I was gone
3 of the ladies popped there first real pistils. I was 99% sure they would come outt as females since they did come from females but always good to see it anyways. The sfv is still a good 5 inches shorter then all others so that's probably why they haven't popped yet, but she's growin like crazy now so shell catch up. The big platinum bubba is growing faster then all the others so had to tie 2 of big tops down to even out canopy. Im happy they didn't get burn cuz they got within a few inches of the bulb while I was gone.
I'm gonna hop on the computer and post some new pics in a bit. Still cell phone pics cuz the camera charger has disappeared. Gonna order a new one.

anyways... not much to update, flowers gettin bigger n bigger, ill prolly take some pics in a few days
i did order a small dehumidifier since I noticed the room getting up 60rh when the lights are off and im not running the AC anymore. its cool cuz it doesnt have a compressor (some new technology called "peltier" or something) so its almost silent. dont want loud shit since i sleep right next to the closet haha
anyways... not much to update, flowers gettin bigger n bigger, ill prolly take some pics in a few days

Thanks man. I can't wait for havest either. Im thinking like early november. Well be harvesting everything at the collective probably within 4 weeks if all goes well so atleast ill have plenty of smoke untill this stuffs ready.
So I noticed one of the platinum bubbas leaves started getting pale green on outside. Looks like mag defficiency to me, makes sense since im using RO water. So went and picked up some calmag since my old bottles like 3 years old. Hopefully this helps.

also. check out the last pic and tell me what u guys think. this is happening on bottom on middle of both platinum bubbas. soil ph was a lil high about 7 so i flushed and dropped it down to 6.6-6.8 one of them to see if it makes a difference. Also the pre98 has some weak stems. the few fan leaves that have yellowed on it fall of if i barely even touch them. is this K def? The stems on the whole plant overall look thinner then all others.
also found a seed in some bomb grand daddy purp i was puffin on tonight. it looks good so gonna try to sprout or save it. i ono

looking good.....i also always tend to lose a good bit of fan leaves in the first half of flowering.......after having a few grow under my belt it seems like this is a result of switching to bloom nutrients too soon........the plant should probably be in full flowering mode before the nitrogen is cut back..im going to try it out next time so ill let u know......i have six strains going right now all receiving the same nutes and only two of them seem to be having some minor issues
Thanks man. I waited a week to switch to bloom nutes so I don't think that's the issue but u never know. Im pretty sure its from lockout so hopefully flushing will do the trick. I finally picked up a ph pen and tds meter so I can be a lot more precise with everything.
