Maybe not Russian.

Perhaps one of the less developed countries that are satellites to Russia. An educated but underemployed person in those countries can whore themselves online for a few pennies and feel the exchange was worth it.

By the way they dwell on our hardware in their posts, they also have suppressed homoerotic feelings towards American males.

Antisemitism is one of the characteristics left behind in Russia and satellite countries after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Putin, the old guard Soviet KGB agent has a lot of control in those satellite countries too. Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, even portions of Georgia and Ukraine all have strong ties to Putin and could very well be home to shitstains like Estrain. But, yeah, Russia has plenty who whore for him too.
