This occurred to me when I heard the news about the Pregnancy of Bristol Palin, but it has taken me a few hours to formulate an opinion. A few hours have passed and additional details have emerged. I don't know if anyone has mentioned it elsewhere.
It is possible this was all a set-up by McCain campaign in order blunt the news of the teen pregnancy?
Is it possible this fake-pregnancy hoax was leaked just hours before the REAL story? The reaction from the Left was predictably joyous and vicious. So vicious that when the real news emerged, I said to myself: "That's a relief. Only a teen pregnancy. Happens all the time."
If true, the old man took the Leftists to school. Again.
And this campaign is just getting started.

The daughter is pregnant now ( by one of Palin's aides) and in her second trimester. That means she is at least 4 months along. I don't think she could have a 5 month old baby and be at least 4 months pregnant. For that to be the case she would have had to have gotten re-pregnant before her first post pregnancy ovulation.
I don't know if Palin can help run the country when she can't keep her aide's pants on and her daughters legs closed.

p.s. and misshestermoffit very good point... and i completely agree with you. i always had my doubts about it but the gossip can always be very convincing... my point in this thread, that some people didnt pick up, was what this would say about her morals and character which would reflect on her ability to be trusted in making decisions that would be good for the 300 plus million people in this country.. not just the few thousand she governed. after all she has the possibilty of becoming president if mcsame kicks the bucket. i am in the same boat with you i dont think she is up to the task. she obviously was too busy speaking out about abstonance to teach her own children.
