Can you take a couple more pictures ? Still really hard to tell. Judging how your plant looks just based on how it's growing I'm guessing a male. But that's a opinion with no real concrete backing. Just a visual observation.

if you look at the bottom it’s even growth then the new stem growing up started to space the fan leaves ?like its growing a whole differnt way here’s a random branch that is growing out with the same structure it’s also new growth

These pictures you just posted look like female branching. Males are usually even and symmetrical. Females are more sporadic and uneven with there branches

Unfortunately no sex organs to definitively answer you right now. And strains have there own patterns and behaviours for beanching. So Need a little more time yet. It's unnerving I know. Especially when it's your only plant.

Its getting ready to transition to flower, plants from seed start symmetrical growth, then when sexually mature, they grow different. This means plant is just about mature and will show sex soon, in next week or two.

Most plants from seed follow same pattern, no difference between Male and female from seed??? This is misinformation! Males grow same as females, their parts determine if male or female Not how they grow.

I mentioned already that what I was saying had no concrete backing and was personal visual observations from experience. Please read all the material before jumping down someone's throat

Please know what your talking about before giving advise. I didn't jump down your throat, just said information is incorrect. Difference!

What you said is also not true all the time. So that is also misinformation in its own right. You're speaking from your own experience. When I've had many seedlings have unsymmetrical growth from seed.
