???Please Reply if u have a clue??

:confused: So we just started seedlings and we keep getting these little mushrooms poppin up in our plants overnight. Ive plucked them out but they have come back a couple of times. Has anyone had this happen, know wth they are and if I should or should not be freaking out about them??? :joint: thanks.

It appears your soil has mushroom spores in it and conditions are right for them to grow too. Just pluck them out when they pop up, it's not a big deal.

Idk whether you plan to transplant your babies, but for the next soil patch you could put ur soil in the oven at 200C for a good 20 minutes to purify it from nasty shit you might not want on your plants.

Till your top soil. The shrooms are a sign all is good so far under the top of the soil.

Don't kill the micro-soil web you have created. Listen to hotrod and just till the top inch or two. The mushrooms are a sign that your soil is rich and a perfect environment for the micro-organisms to thrive. I experienced the same on my last grow. I tilled the soil and it had no negative impact on my harvest.

that's some good soil. i too had mushroom spores in a bag i got one time, not knowing it was a good thing, i threw it out. really wish i could take that back.

well, its ok i guess but u could be keeping ur soil to moist. might not hurt to let the soil dry till ur pot feels really light and leafs are drooping a tad bit. then water her good

Had some quite small little shrooms growing out of a Rapid Rooter once, just a couple of them. Just plucked them, never saw any others once transplanted (usually see signs of Trichoderma on the soil surface, very common).

Is this outdoor soil or indoor\container?
