Imagine the rage you would feel if that guy was your Grandpa or dad..

There is no rational justification for tasing a 95 year old man unless your life was immediately being threatened. a 95 year old man wielding a butchers knife is not life threatening, especially to a cop on a police force.

Why the fuck do these pigs even carry nightsticks? When was the last time a pig drew his nightstick before his taser?

You know, I have seen plenty of videos of police overstepping their bounds. And in reality, here is how "self defense" laws are written. In essence, to defend yourself or someone else. IF you happened upon police needlessly beating the shit out of someone, and you took a rifle and shot and killed both of them, what would happen? If it were a regular joe beating up a regular joe, you could get off, but I I doubt anyone doing what I mentioned would not be prosecuted. I don't hat the policemen, they are just dudes doing a job, but they need to start being killed at increadibly high rates. This will force them to back the fuck off.

For the sake of argument, in "escalation of force", taught by all police academies, you are trained to use your taser before your baton. It is considered 'potentially' less lethal.

^ Obviously you have never been beaten with a baton. I got a "light tap" and it hurts like a MF. They will break bones. A cop pumped up on adrenaline will not check his swing. I say a taser is much less lethal.

Wrong. Been hit by one a few times. Not with any real intent, but because we were training. LEARNED how to use one proficiently though. VERY few baton blows will be lethal and NONE if you don't strike certain areas (save for dislodging arterial plaque and causing a stroke). EVERY taser use is potentially lethal when taking into account medical conditions, health, age, weight, and even the potential for hemorrhaging of the brain as a result of the sudden drop to the ground and/or convulsions..

Gotta agree. Been training in general Stick as weapon. If you notice, no one is clubbed anymore. It is more the Escrima style, glancing blow, for all the same reasons that is practiced in Escrima.

See the Rodney King beating tape again? Glancing blows for instant pain. He suffer not one broken bone.

This happened in a nursing home. Not only was a taser used, but also bean bag rounds.
