how many day into flower are they? a males flowering time is a good read into how long the future generations females would take to flower, so if a male take about 2 weeks to start busting pods a female from future generation would take 6-7 weeks.(from day you see an actual ball hang to the day the first one opens)

just muliplty the days by 3, thats about how much faster males mature(about a third).

another thing i look at when judging my males is structure how feminine does it look? lots of potential bud sites side branching stem thickness.

and last but not least how much stretch both males and females stretch in flower another good thing to pay attention too.

but im glad to hear that, smelly males and vigorous growth are GREAT signs.

okay week 3 on the journal or perhaps week 3 of when i started to record the mothers under Flowering light schedule.

these 2 i just put into flower along with another bluecheese(not pictured). the one on the left is a purple and its pretty small for the pot, but i got to get it into flower been running behind schedule, on the right is a sativa, daughter of the mother sativa(seed from a clone of that sativa, just bred with another sativa of the same origin in other words just a bag seed that i bred)

then a pic of kush week three, purple week 3 (coming, along fast about 2x as fast as the others), bluecheese had to bend the branch down under the light the main cola has a 160w MH all to itself pretty much cant wait to see what happens, also the strtching has come to a grinding halt finally both the sativa and the bluecheese have pushed my lights to 5' mark and they are inches below, so i hope they dont stretch any more or im gonna have to get creative. last pic is the sativa bagseed.

these are a tom. plant i have, no bugs(spray weekly, check daily), what could cause them to be mishappen like this? i believe its the pH so i added some dol. lime, and these are some hot peppers anybody know when i harvest these lol. ive never done a garden and im kinda wingn it, got tons of cucumbers and tom. are about to start ripening up, i know how to do bell peppers but these hot peppers got me confused. dont know what kind they are or when to harvest

first ones are jalepenos, the other are chilies. the jalepenos green, the chilies red. bottom rot on tomato. lime yer soil, and water in.

thank i though i wasnt a complete retard with the lime i already added it in several pots, been reusing my soil and forgetting to lime it, the batch i put my veggies had been reused 3x.

so long one "chille" wait for red, how are the "jalapenos" supposed to look when ripe, i know green, but like a cucumber, harvest when it semi hard still?

yeah, the jalepenos, a dark green, firm flesh. you'll see one start to go red, which is fine, and you'll be able to gauge ripeness from there. the chilies, i dry. the jalepenos i chop up for salsas.

same here thats all my veggies are are soon to be salsa. i dont even really eat veggies i have just been giving them away. cool thx scrog plus rep. except it wont let me

got a new pepper what kind is this?if you guys are wonder, cuz i know in your head you like what a dumb ass why didnt you label them, they came in a mixed pac.
they are more yellow, than green unlike what the pics shows and they are standing staightup.(bottom of pepper is towards the sun)

Bannana pepper? Hungarian wax pepper? Looks like one of the varieties that you can make peperoncini with. Looks tasty whatever it is.

todays harvest got 17 grams wet so a quarter mayber but it looks and smelllllllls great. so veggie first harvest lol

things in flower are not looking so good i am flowering everthing i have to downsize and start again, seems the spider mites have a deathlock, i think i will be buying some Avid and just restarting thing are getting fucking ridiculous with these spider mites i think they are immune to everything but bleach. everthing is affected pretty much so it all looks like shit, looks like im still about to pull a decent yeild tho. the blue cheese is having major poblems it and the sativa and they are tangled to gether in the first pic they have gottot too big its hard to keep them away from the lights. im gonna raise the lights furtther and see if i cant make some sense of them because the blue cheese is doing terrible under all the light, very sensitive dropped almost all its fan leaves.

woody haze, took the top off for a clone a random sat starting flower and a clone of the grindspoon pheno bluecheese starting is flower i thing its week 2-3 for it and he sat.

The buds look great as do those veggies. That long skinny red pepper gives me the willies - hot?

i have no idea yet, all i know is i got the knack for the peppers. ive been drooling over that one dont quite know what to do with it yet probably eat it whole.

How close are your lights? Plants look like they need a little more. Thats why i use floros only. Takes more wattage per sq foot but u can put em 3" away. Way denser vegetation, and more plant for the space. I get 2-3oz off of 20" plants after about 2 mo. Veg (C.4) buds are super dense and bigger around than bananas. Good looking herb buy i think you could get so much more with that set up. If your plants grow more than 2" a day they want more light.

organic peppericini.........they go in the pickle jars. cukes are great pickled with peppers. just and idea.
