WTF does the regulation of tobacco and dispensaries in Arizona have to do with you claiming you wanted legal marijuana, when what you really want is strict regulation with loads of government involvement surrounding marijuana?

I see even after a long break you are still full of your own shit.

Don't communities have to comply with state law? If not, then why have state laws affect anything a city does? Why not just have city laws, county laws, state laws, federal laws? And all of them can be different so that just about anything can be illegal depending on which authority is in pursuit of "justice."
