You steped in and judged Vi to be wrong and stated your judgement of what med meant and you were wrong on both counts.

I'm not one to deny med and I haven't ever denied anyone even when I knew better for a fact. But med uses this at times and I don't like the way its used.

I would never do such a thing and I can't see a right it would give me here that everyone else doesn't have.
