It would take years to fix the drought if we are talking CA. This isn't even more than a pee in a dry pond.
Seriously.
California's largest reservoir is the snow pack. With the above average amounts currently in place the reservoirs will be replenished this summer with the runoff. The statewide drought conditions have improved greatly and the reservoirs have been filled to the point that they can be used for their intended purpose of flood control. We have more wet storms on the way also. The building of the Sites reservoir needs to be expedited in order to take advantage of the runoff from wet years like this one instead of letting it all go to the ocean.
