My guy is in my phone as "Derrick the Sprinkler Dude".

Just had a H/W heater replaced yesterday.
Now I have a "Plumber Dude" in there too.

Remember way back when it was a DIY job? I lived in a couple old houses, galvanized, plugged up pipes..what a mess to do anything.

I hear ya - not only that but the H/W heater is NG & I simply don't play well with flammables.
(Plus there are black widows in the crawl space)

My son in law did that one for me, he'd do the sprinkler but he is at Burning Man making $$$ for a month.

The damn riser was broken, the pipe was fine. Oh well, it's fixed.
