they are sold by the gallon measurement. Use the biggest pot you can deal with easily. We run from 20gl to 600gl smart pots depending on the set-up.

that looks like a good light. Use the 5gl pot or 10gl and don't let the plants get too big before you flower them. You need to use a bigger smart pot than a plastic pot because they breath moisture out. But they work well

Most fertilizers that were designed for tomatoes will produce good weed.

That means you can quit buying expensive lines of designer fertilizer and use this instead. It's your npk plus cal mag in basic form.

Premixed organic dry amendments are pretty cheap, a 4lb bag of dr earth ain’t but $10-$12 and is enough to get through 2 6 plant 5 gallon grows

Yup that’s it. It does alright in flower too but I usually switch to their bud and bloom at 2/tbsp gal soil

I think this tomato fertilizer is not water soluble that you mix into water. It's a dry topdressing that you put onto your soil and it slowly dissolves and feeds your plant as you water
