Hey G.O.D i wouldn't worry about yield to much this round with your scrog, the knowledge you've gained from it is far superior because the next round you will blow this yield right away, atleast you will finally have some bud to smoke, its been years for you if i remember correctly? your not going to need much to get blazed :P
I have also been learning alot from your grow, so thank you :joint:

Since I am still struggling to get cloning down ( 1 rooted clone out of 8 cuttings so far) It may be a while :bigjoint:
Hey FG you should definitely look into bubble cloning, at first i used to clone with jiffy pellets with a moderate success rate i used to get roots within 8-14 days
i setup my first 4 station diy bubble cloner recently and im now getting roots in 6 days with a high success rate for all the clones, im not looking back now :hump:

I actually built Zen's dwc bubble cloner, but I wasn't getting any results with it. I was just putting rockwool cubes in the 8 holes I built in mine. Do your cuttings go down in to the water or if above how far? Do you use any kind of humidity dome over it? Thanks in advance.

G.O.D. sorry to jack your thread brother :)

I didn't use any rockwool cubes for the bubble cloner, i use something similar to the one in the picture 703224b6ca501771bf.jpg

I let the stems sit just above the water so the bubbles are popping on them, misting them, too far above the water and the bubbles wont be popping on the stem you will know the sweet spot :P I have noticed that it takes a little longer for the ones submerged in the water to root but not by much, i didn't use a humidity dome at all i wonder if i could have gotten roots quicker if i had but i didn't really need it, i just gave them a mist once or twice a day and it worked like a charm hehe :leaf:

Do you add anything to the water in the bubble cloner, I might look into making one especially if I am leaning towards growing in Hempy pots.

Just plain water until you get roots is all it takes :D

Edit: I should add, that when i took the cuttings i dipped them in clonex root hormone solution first before puting them in the cloner, so that would have absorbed into the water

I wish I'd checked in sooner, this looks good. Haven't looked through the entire thread, but I saw you are from Oz. Anywhere near Adelaide? Ben Alexander is from there, and he suddenly disappeared from RIU a little while back. I hope he's ok.

How do you like your light?

I love the Magenta light, in fact I biught a second one and ... I have now bought two Purple ones for vegging, just waiting for them to work their way through the Christmas mail overload.

I'm living in Brissy which could explain why I love the low heat emitting Kessil lights :-)

This thread is a bit disjointed and basically followed my journey from CFL's to LEDs - my current focus is the feminised seed production, so many ways to play with this hobby ... maybe one day I will even harvest a smoke :-)

The purples can help with flowering, as well. But I'm sure you know that. I'm getting spectacular results with the magenta, start to finish. It's hard to believe.

Good luck.

I don't think it will be long before growers start to realise that Kessil lights are totally different and far better than most (if not all) LED panel lights - maybe Kessil should come up with a new name to differentiate themselves from generic LED lights ... they are certainly not like any other LED light in appearance or performance.

No kidding, their tech is like no other. You can't blame people for refusing to believe 36w can do what it does. It's absolutely amazing.
