What are the ingredients in elemental. I would go roots before go. I've done go runs and wasn't happy. It is beginner grade organics. Roots is the step up Imo and then homeade. I do all homeade now but would add roots if I had to. It's just easier to make my own teas and a lot cheaper and I've had better results with homeade compared to general organics complete line. I must say their ancient forest was nasty shit.
