I'm from the south, country boy thru and thru. We been using 'geek' for as long as I can remember for alot of situations:
geeker = fiend, crackhead, j
geeked up = high, rolling
geeked = excited, anticipating
geek = nerd, pointdexter
I must be nice because I just wrote a short dictionary. But who knows, Cali originated plenty of things and I wouldn't doubt if it somehow travelled cross country, the Bloods and Crips did.

i thought i was the only one who used those terms for tweekers, iv never heard any one say it here in oregon besides myself. it could have originated from any where as well, i dont think it is a bay area thing though.

I always hear great things about the Bay, I'm scared to death of earthquakes tho. The Earth IS NOT supposed to move.They're doing great, I'm preparing them for the flip. I was wondering if 36-48 hours of darkness before the flip actually helps speed up the flowering process? Any opinions on this technique?

Never done it, I would just flip them and let them show when they want

you can always experiment. you do have more than one plant SD. so flip half immediately, and try the 24-36h dark on the other half
see the fruits of your experiment

Thats great! I always put my girls in 36hr darkness before flipping to 12/12. I just notice a faster reaction to the light deporvation with flowers popping out sometimes within the first few days. Somtimes if you dont you know it can take up to 2 weeks for flowers to pop out. so yea I would... But thats just my experiences with 36hr dark..
